- 8 oz. Greek yogurt
- 6 oz Crab
- 1 Tsp Garlic (Powder)
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tsp Horseradish
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- 12 oz. Wontons
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Toss me in a blender, but not all, you see (Leave out the wonton wraps, the egg, and the sea.)
- Blend me up smooth, so creamy and light (A savory filling that’s pure delight!)
- Scoop me up, place me right in the middle (Fold me up tight—this isn’t a riddle!)
- Seal me with egg wash, press edges down (Soon, crispy perfection will make you renown.)
- Into the fryer or air fryer I go (Golden and crunchy, with a warm, creamy glow!)
- Take a big bite, I’m cheesy and grand (So addicting, you’ll eat with both hands!)
