Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Garlic (Powder)
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 3 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Thyme
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- 2 Garlic (Clove)
- 2 Cups Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Tomato (Sun Dried)
- 8 Tbsp Butter
- Parsley
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 4 Cups Pasta (Penne)
Instructions
- Sautee your shrimp with olive oil and your cajun seasoning, when that is finished set aside for later
- Cook your pasta until its el dante, save some of your water for later
- Mix in your sun dried tomatoes and half n half in a blender, pulse until its blended
- Cook your butter in a frying pan. When your butter is melted, add your cornstarch and whisk it together
- While your butter and cornstarch is mixed in well, add in your parmesan cheese, and your half n half together. Mix it well
- Add back in your cooked shrimp, pasta into the sauce, and add in your pasta water as necessary
