Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Lime
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Coconut Extract
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Graham Crackers
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Crush your graham crackers really fine, then combine that with your brown sugar, coconut oil. Mix that in well.
- Put some parchment paper into your baking pan, and put in your crust on top of that.
- When the oven is preheated. Bake your crust into 4-6 minutes
- While that is baking, combine your raspberries, greek yogurt vanilla extract, lime juice, sugar, cream cheese, blend it well
- When your pie crust is finished, pour into your mixture on top of your crust, and bake it for another 10 minutes until your filling is cooked
