- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Adobo Chipotle Peppers
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp Siriracha Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1 ½ Tbsp Lime
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion
- 1 tsp salt Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 3 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Thyme

- Take your cajun seasoning and rub your salmon
- Cook your salmon for at least 10-20 minutes until it blackened
