Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion
- 1 Cup White Rice
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 3 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp Lime
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken stock
Instructions
- Sautee the onions, Jalapenos until they are brown
- Add the tomato paste, stir well until its everything is all cooked together.
- After everything is finished, add the rest of the spices. Mix it well.
- Take your toasted rice into a rice cooker, add your chicken stock, let it cook until its finished.
- Congratulations....you have mexican rice
